GENERAL INFORMATION
Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: The marina is open Tuesday through Sunday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Closed Mondays. The Service Center operates Tuesday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
Q: Are you open in bad weather?
A: We monitor weather closely. If conditions pose a safety risk, operations (including forklift service) may be temporarily suspended.

BOAT LAUNCH & RETURNS
Q: How do I schedule a boat launch?
A: All launches must be scheduled through the Boat Cloud app. Please allow at least 1 hour notice. Last launch of the day is at 4:15 PM.
Q: What happens if I’m late for my launch?
A: You have a 30-minute window. If you miss it, your boat may be returned to storage and a $20 late fee will be charged.
Q: What time does the forklift stop operating?
A: The forklift runs until 5 PM, with last retrievals starting around 4:30 PM. Boats returned after this may remain in the water overnight.
Q: How do I return my boat to storage?
A: Return before 4:30 PM to allow time to remove personal items, clean the boat, and secure gear. Boats returned late on Sundays especially may stay overnight in the water.

Boats up to 40 ft long and 30 ft high can be accommodated.
Q: Are there height or width restrictions?
A: Yes. Boats over 8′ in height or 8′6″ in width may incur additional monthly fees. Combined overages are also assessed.
Q: How is my boat measured for pricing?
A: From the tip of the bow or pulpit to the end of the motor (trimmed down). This determines your storage rate.
Q: Do you offer trailer storage?
A: Yes. Trailer storage is available for $125/month.

Q: How do I request fuel, ice, or other extras?
A: These can be added when scheduling your launch in the Boat Cloud app.
Q: Is fuel available on-site?
A: Yes, fuel is available. Must be pre-ordered via the Boat Cloud app.
BILLING & POLICIES
Q: How do I pay my bill?
A: Invoices are emailed on the 1st of each month and charged between the 3rd and 5th. Late fees apply after the 15th and every 15 days thereafter.
Q: How do I cancel my lease?
A: Submit a 30-day written notice via email to: info@tarponpt.com.
Q: Is annual storage available?
A: Yes, annual storage is available but must be paid in full upfront. No refunds are given for early termination.
